As a licenced ICB Bookkeeper I have over 30 years of proven business experience managing finance departments in the software and services sectors with an expertise in managing business growth and change. 
 
These engagements elevated me to the position of Financial Controller which included managing accounts departments on all aspects of finance from sales ledger, purchase ledger, budgeting, payroll, and VAT through to monthly management accounts, audit signoff and the preparation of statutory accounts for filing with Companies House as the company secretary.

I have project managed numerous mergers and acquisitions that included new ERP accountancy software implementations and refinancing projects with the banks.
